Very light and smooth. A lot of salt and vanilla in the nose. A nice butter cookie on the finish but not as dominating as redbreast 12

Phenomenal. First American single malt experience. Toffee, honey and baking spices all throughout. Toasty and smooth with a lot of baked fruit

First time having a cask strength version of anything. Holy hell!!! First sip kicked me in the teeth, but second time around was really nice. Very reminiscent of the standard 12 year, with extra oomph. The higher ABV really lets the flavors develop and the fruity, butter cookie finish lingers for a long time. Absolutely awesome!
