*** MBS SUPER 7 *** Nose - Loads of cherry oak vanilla cinnamon. What a powerful nose. Some bright apple. What a great bourbon nose. Some caramel as it opens Palate - Cinnamon, nut, vanilla, lots of leather, and oak. Some small notes of sweetness with that proof punch. Finish - More of the palate? such a great well rounded bourbon

*** MBS WOLF OF SOUTH BEACH *** Nose - Some cinnamon, light oak and leather. Very alcohol forward, not alot of notes other than some vanilla. Some honey. Palate - Very leather forward with light vanilla and black pepper. Theres a brighter fruit note that comes through maybe like strawberry? It accompanies the rest nicely. Finish - Cinnamon, strawberry and honey on finish.

**2023** Nose - Lots of cherry and rye spice. Mint comes in alongside with deep oak and light leather. Palate - Lots of rye man but its good, light honey and light cherry come with the herbal notes. Some bubble gum notes. Finish - Finish is nice and light, more herbal vanilla and bubblegum picks.

*** BATCH SOUTHERN KITCHEN PICK 134.8 *** Nose - Definitely a buffalo trace product. Has the nose of cherry vanilla oak leather, classic. Definitely some of that spicy cinnamon on the nose from the proof. p Palate - Super deep in caramel and butterscotch. Oak is pretty prevelant followed by some cinnamon. Very thick and oily, make it exactly like a butterscotch. Finish - Cinnamon oak and butterscotch

Nose - Definitely a herbal scent. Some deep cherry lingers heavy. Has sweet corn upfront along with those herbal notes. Palate - That tokaji wood is prominent, not oaky but woody. Light butter, vanilla, and light mint. Finsih - More of the palate but with added cinnamon

*** MBS RYE SOCIETY PICK *** Nose - Lots of honeysuckle and light light peanut butter. Very clean smell with loads of herbal and floral sweet notes. Palate - Super rye. The most rye that had ryed. Loads of honey floral and herbal notes, light on the mint heavy on the sweet. Finish - Finish is more of the palate, super consistent, love it

***MBS PICK 5 YEAR*** Nose - Lots of funk. Some cinnamon, pepper and cheese. Not a fan of the nose, kind of punches you with lots of funk. Honey. Palate - Kind of spicy, lots of cinnamon and pepper. Some vanilla and baked desserts. Some honey comes through as it opens. Finish - Lots of light cinnamon and vanilla.

***MBS PICK BARREL Z5V9*** Nose - Bright fruit, little bit of peanut, cherry, vanilla. Palate - More of that nose with more nutty and oak notes, actual really nice. Light cinnamon Finish - Finish is a lighter version of the palate with heavier cinnamon

***MBS PICK NOT ARMAGNAC*** Nose - Custard, cinnamon, vanilla, some pepper, deep deep vanilla scent. Palate - Vanilla, oak, black pepper, little bit of baking spice and bread. Finish - Finish is simple and light, oak vanilla and leather

Nose - Light cherry, cinnamon, dark nuts, some oak and leather. Really well rounded nose. Palate - Loads of cinnamon and spice. Really spiced oak and leather. Black pepper, cinnamon, some green pepper maybe? Then you get subtle sweet notes from burnt sugar and light baked cherries. Finish - Loads of oak, leather vanilla black peoper and cinnamon. All the way down.
