Tastes

Nose - Vanilla, delicate soft notes of vanilla custards. Whipped cream and cool whip. The scent is perfect man. Palate - More of the same from the nose. Vanilla blast but a soft blast. Some classic oak and leather. Light notes of eagle rare apple. The perfect bourbon. Finish - Soft and delicate on the way down. It finishes so elegantly and beautifully.

Nose - Cherry blast, dark fruit basket: plums berries some apricot. Burnt oak and leather. Honey. Caramel Palate - Super large amount of the same on the nose. Lots of leather and oak. The nose follows the palate with less berry/fruit. Little bit of honey. Finish - Super hot, burns all the way down. Cinnamon and fire.

NOSE - Sticky caramel. Super thick maple syrup. Oak, leather and a cheesy funk. But cheesy in a good way. Barrel Spice. PALATE - Super sticky sweet oaky cinnamony goodness. Cant have too much of this, really coats your mouth and throat. Spiced candy. FINISH - Barrel spice and cinnamon. A little on the harsher side but pleasant.

Nose - Candied pecans. Maple sugar. Super earthy maple wood with saturated syrup. Palate - Super nutty but completed by a blast of sweet maple. Doesnt make it overly bitter at all with the pecan. Little but of leather. finish - Finish is long and warm. Sweet cinnamon pecans all the way down.

Nose - Tomato? Savory meats, Oaky, Leathery, slight hints of sweetness but slight. Palate - Blasts of vanilla, cinnamon, peanut brittle, cinnamon and barrel spice. Finish -Finish is long and full of cinnamon. Incredible good

Notes - Learther, Honey, really soft fruity notes. Palate - Vanilla, cinnamon, leather and oak. Slight swirl of honey and barrel spice. Some wheated floral nights come through heavy with the spice. Finish - Finish is medium and oaky. Some of that barrel spice comes through.

NOSE - Smells like BBQ and smokiness. Some nuttiness comes through. Very smoky though like BBQ paired with jack daniels. Classic banana rind comes through slightly on the back end. PALATE - Nuttiness and smoke. Banana rind bbq’d and caramelized. Super nice and “smooth”. Probably one of best whiskeys at $25. FINISH - Finish follows the palate all the way down. Minor cinnamon barrel spice following that 100 proof but down so mellowed down and soft.

NOSE - Cherry, Honey, Oak. Leather musk. Flower or grass. PALATE - Oat and oak. Brown sugar cinnamon oatmeal packet. Slightly sweetened oatmeal. Light to medium body. FINISH - Not harsh. Minor cinnamon spice with grainy light taste. Touch of sweetness but just a touch.

Nose - Sweet soaked wood. Light smoke. Custard. Palate - Wood wood wood. Got that bitter oak going. With some heavy rye and grain. Very mild. Finish - Honey and green apple finish.
