*** DONT KNOW IF THIS IS RIGHT BARREL *** Nose - Lots of herbal clean notes. Like a spearmint, way brighter than just a regular mint. Not a whole not of sweetness but love the spearmint on this. Palate - Loads of spearmint. I like it alot. More of that sweet honeysuckle comes through beautifully. This is very very nice. Great summer drink. Finish - As the palate sooooo good

*** 6 YEAR TONYS LIQUORS *** Nose - Kind of a funky smell but pleasantly funky. Definitely a little different from a typical bourbon, some clean scent, little bit of apple crisp and berry. Palate - Kind of stale off the bat, like a salty cracker. Does have a slight vanilla that isnt over bearing but the staleness takes it away sort of. Finish - It ends with some nutty cinnamon notes thats capped by a lightly bitter vanilla oak.
-
Nose - Maple syrup is super prominent, a thick richness. Saltyness like a salted caramel comes through. Peanut butter is heavy too. Some vanilla compliments that peanut butter. Very sweet and rich on the nose. Palate - Alot of the nose with some added cinnamon. A little lighter on the mouth than the nose says but still nice. Nice bitterness from oak and leather. Finish - Its consistant with the palate and nose. More cinnamon spice comes in at the end but still lighter than a harsher baking spice.

Nose - Loads of honey vanilla and cinnamon. Very lovely jack nose. Some banana lingers as jacks typical nose/palate. Very lovely nose nice, complex but in a complimentary way. Palate - Honey banana very light oak. Thats kind if it. Its a solid palate and a fantastic nose but the palate doesnt compare as well to batch 1. Finish - Some cinnamon oak and leather, very classic whiskey finish. Some vanilla and banana creep back up to finish it out.
-
Nose - Clean, pepper, orange citrus and crisp white grape. Some sweeat condensed milk and cinnamon dance around some lightly toasted leather. Palate - Sooooo bright. Burst of flavor my goodness. Citrus is the key here the brightens the typical rye notes of mint and herbs. Some cinnamon compliments the lemon vanilla. Finish - Finish is cinnamon oak vanilla and herb. Surprising banger right here.

Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed June 8, 2024 (edited September 8, 2024)Nose - Very fruity and peppery. Grape, cinnamon, peoper, blackberry, some nice smooth caramel notes come along with that dark berry fruit. Very nice and approachable nose. Palate - Whoah; Lots of sugary notes there, almost could pass as flavored good grief. Very berry forward with pure brown sugar oak and leather. Salted caramel as it opens. Finish - That salted caramel oak and leather kind of hang around with the finish to compliment the spicy cinnamon at the end. -
Nose - Light but very clean. Some bright sugary notes, bright crisp apples notes, some pepper and cinnamon combine nicely together, and some sweet tobacco kind of lingers as it opens up. Palate - Some salted peanuts is upfront, and i like it. Drinks big flavor for a light proof. Some light cinnamon vanilla spice compliments that saly peanut with some sweet spice. Finish - Pretty much a very lighter version of the palate. Light but enjoyable for a 86 proof bourbon.

Nose - Pear, peanuts, honey, vanilla, some betty and slights of herbs. Palate - Cinnamon is the first thing i taste but mild, then comes that typical beam nut but nothing tooo overpowering. Some light herb and vanilla finishes it alongside some oak. Finish - Finish is a lighter continuation of the palate. For 18 year its a lot lighter than I expected.
