Strong aroma of citrus and almond that sets a precedence for the flavor profile. Mild oak and milk chocolate to start that lacks brilliance. Transitions of oak and nuttiness that linger with a clove essence. Strong finish of tangerine that is surprisingly enjoyable. All around enjoyable and smooth while being, disappointingly, uneventful.

Hits the nose with strong notes of apple and oatmeal. Initial burst to the tongue of citrus and oak with a subtle peat that lingers on the tip of the tongue throughout the tasting. Milk chocolate and malt present themselves with a swift transition to a caramel and vanilla finish that prolongs how truly enjoyable this whiskey is. From start to finish, this scotch is both a surprise and a delight that must be experienced.
