Tastes

Nose: Bold fresh herbs like rosemary. A little soapy. Some oaky astringency. A little bit of lemon. ⠀ Taste: Sweet vanilla and floral notes. A little oaky, a little herbacious. A bit astringent. Ultimately not getting much as much pungent herb flavor as when I first opened the bottle, but that's ok, it was a bit much.

Reminds me of a rye, but seems unintentional....

Intense honey note. Like a honeyed speyside scotch. Texture is pretty nice - non chill filtered. Actually pretty tasty. Curious which distillery provides this.
