Every time I drink this I like it more and more. I still get plenty of smoke, less iodine and other notes are coming through. On the nose- smoke, briny, dark fruit, sweet Taste- campfire smoke, warmth, touch of iodine

Fair scotch, nothing special here. I got it this within a sampler pack. On the nose- sweet, grass, lemon, honey Taste- touch of spice, honey, fruity aftertaste

Enjoyed neat On the nose- dusty corn, sweet, vanilla, touch of spice Taste- sweet, vanilla and brown sugar, heat or spice to finish

Enjoyed neat On the nose- dark fruit, chocolate, peat Taste- spice, peat, pepper Reminded me of a Johnny Walker, looked it up and it's in Johnny Walker Black.

On the nose- seasalt, iodine, peat Taste- perfect amount of peat with a pepper finish From the smell I though this was going to be similar to Ardbeg 10, but taste reminded me of Lagavulin 16. Overall a fantastic Scotch.

This bottle is special for me. My brother and I started a tradition when his daughter was born. When one of us has a baby, the other brings a bottle when you come to meet the newest member of the family. When my son was born this summer, my brother bought me Lagavulin 16. Enjoyed neat On the nose- peat smoke, vanilla, hint of floral Taste- brisket, meaty, touch of iodine, wood finish This is amazing, best whiskey I have found so far.

Enjoyed neat On the nose- corn, sweet, caramel, nutty Taste- thin, baking spices, not as sweet as it smelled but with a warm finish Not bad at all for a budget bourbon. People recommend this and Wild Turkey 101 for a budget bourbon. I would take WT101 over this any day.

I bought a bottle of this a while ago. The first time I had this I wasn't the biggest fan. I really like the peat smoke but the iodine and the saltiness was a lot. This time was different. Enjoyed neat One the nose-campfire smoke, peat, salty but sweet Taste- peat smoke and a touch of salt
