Nose: Soft with pine needles and a little eucalyptus Taste: Lots of spices from the rye with a little vanilla and mint flavor, surprisingly little pine from the nose coming through Finish: Medium with a bit of spice and a very subtle taste of mint

Nose: Lots of raisin comes through over subtle vanilla and nuts Taste: Mixture of corn and oak with some vanilla and spice underneath Finish: Medium with the raisin from the nose coming back along with a bit of heat and a very subtle taste of oak

Nose: Starts out sweet with scents of vanilla and changes to more of a leathery oak smell with some subtle spice Taste: Very smooth at the start with vanilla and caramel taste that changes to cinnamon, spice, and an earth flavor Finish: Long finish that starts with some heat and black pepper that gives away to a light caramel and oak flavor mixed with oak

Nose: Very buttery with a little bit of fruit Taste: Very soft and buttery flavor and some sweetness with fruit flavors Finish: Medium finish with a mild oak flavor and small bits of spice

Nose: Sloghtly dusty with spices, vanilla and a little flower Taste: Very soft with lots of spice and a touch of leather that mixes with a light flavor of smoke and charred oak Finish: Medium soft finish with a bit of smoke coming through over the oak and spices. Leaves a lingering taste that is a bit sweeter with vanilla

Nose: Smooth with butter vanilla, and a little bit of oak in the background Taste: Smooth and sweet with tastes of fruit, vanilla, and butter. There is a very subtle note of oak that is expected with bourbon Finish: Medium with a bit of a Smokey taste mixed with a gentle oak in the background

Nose: Lots of ethanol for a low proof with subtle bits of banana nuts and a touch of oak Taste: Lots of ethanol taste with a very subtle bit of oak Finish: Medium finish with very little oak flavor for a bourbon and lots of ethanol

Nose: Lots of lemon mixed with honey Taste: Starts out fairly tart with lemon and then progresses to be more of a toasted nuts and cinnamon taste Finish: Short finish that is fairly bitter like grass with a bit of honey

Nose: Fairly mild with toasted almond and oranges followed by a little vanilla Taste: Strong oak and leather with very mild fruit flavor with a Finish: Starts with a bit of heat that gives way to an oak flavor that slowly fades

Nose: Very faint and slightly sweet with flowers and vanilla Taste: Simple smooth taste with corn and vanilla, just a subtle hint of flowers Finish: Medium finish with corn and very faint oak flavor Not very complex but overall a good tasting bourbon
