I’m not getting as much fruit as the reviewer, but definite spice and a candy sweetness.

In agreement with the provided tasting notes. This is good, and potentially VERY good, but more time in the barrel definitely won’t hurt. But don’t take my word for it, open one up and find out for yourself.

Picked this up in a mini from Total Wine, and I’m glad I did! I didn’t find it differing significantly from the tasting notes. All around a solid choice for a wheated bourbon, a bottle could definitely find a place on my shelf.

Wholly in agreement with the tasting notes. It’s not awful, there's just not much there. Add a couple drops of cold water and it disappears. While this does indeed go down smooth, it really has no other standout qualities. I'd say use it as a mixer, but could it actually stand up to anything you would mix it with? It's cheap enough, but even at this price point, and below, there's better options. Really glad I only got a mini.
