Great rye palate have to try more 100% ryes - but not big on the finish which reminds me more of a bourbon probably from the casks

Nose - ripe pear, sweet but not overpowering Palate - fresh pear, very clean and refreshing Finish - a more ripe finish turning into an ethanol aftertaste Overall - very solid drink - probably a good party favor for us schnapps amateurs here in the USA
