Nose- Granny Smith apples and Smokey caramel. Palette- peaty, oily caramel with faint apples and citrus. Finish- Smoke, caramel, salt, and lingering green apples. 80/100

Nose- peat, band-aids, and wet seaweed with slight sweetness and vanilla. Taste- oily smoke with faint sweet honey and woodspice on the end. Finish- campfire breath and honey. 85/100

Nose is light fruit and vanilla, slightly astringent. Palette is malty caramel and finishes with light wood. 70/100

Fruity carmel on the nose. Palate is salty carmel with hints of fruit and a finished with oily peanuts. 2010 Barreled. 95/100

Sweetness on the nose with slight pepper. Tastes of Carmel and vanilla with lasting heat and some spice. 95/100

Barrel Select Double Rye: Minty spices on the nose. Maybe a touch of lemon zest? Taste is all grassy rye with lingering oak and heat. Def keeping Double Rye around. 90/100

Nose was full of fruity apples in front of subtle brown sugar. Taste not so much, but the faint apple lingers even with the thin, peppery finish. 1-order of separation from a flavored whiskey. 65/100
