Sweet, caramel, vanilla with some burnt orange, apple and cherry. A nice lingering cinnamon burn on the finish. Delicious.

A strongly citrus nose with orange and grapefruit. A sweet but slightly bitter taste with citrus and a hint of marshmallow. A thick but short finish. Delicious with Cava in a spritz.

Delicious sipping amaro and also in cocktails. Sweet fruit and some pine on the nose. Taste is a lot of orange peel. Thick, oily mouth feel.

Juniper, heather and citrus on the nose. Lemon, juniper and pine with an oily mouth feel. Some mint(?) on the finish. A nice gin for sipping neat and in a martini. Perhaps a bit soft for a gin and tonic.

Such a depth of flavor! Sweet vanilla, stone fruit and cinnamon. Flavorful finish that lingers for a long time. I understand why it is in such regard.
