Bitter LiqueursMuch like amaro, bitter liqueurs are made from the maceration or distillation (or combination) of herbs, spices, roots, flowers, or other botanicals. Bitter liqueurs are often red or orange in color, although they needn’t be. Sugar is added before bottling. ABV varies widely.

Tasting Notes
"Ambrosia is beautiful and distinctive in the glass, its particular opaque redness calling to mind watermelon juice. On the nose, expressed orange peels and grapefruit are showcased, along with a bit of spearmint. The palate is only slightly bitter, with this aperitivo more about freshness and vibrancy. Find a cornucopia of fruit, from strawberries and honeydew melon to more citrus varieties, such as lemon and pomelo. Short finish, with sweetness, herbaceousness, and citrus all playing together. Designed, and destined for, delicious spritzes and cocktails."
