The flavor didn't hit me at first it almost tasted like water but after a second I started getting the fruitiness and then vanilla and subtle spices. I prefer the buffalo trace but this stuff is still very good a slightly longer finish than buffalo as well.

Hands down best bourbon I've had at any price range. Tried it straight and the flavors really showed up. Tastes like kettle corn mixed with peanut butter, or maybe almond butter. Try it straight first the. Add some water or a nice cube, and let me know how it goes

Drink it straight or not at all. Love this stuff. Will definetely be my new everyday drinker. The flavor hits you immediately and is sweet like sugar topping on Apple pie. Molasses and loose leaf Tobacco on the finish , and smooth on the way down.

Had it on my wedding instead of glenfiddich 18. Must of been pretty good, cuz all I remember is it being full then waking up to a few drops in the bottom.

Much more mild than the 15 year. This whiskey coats the tongue and the flavor doesn't really come out, you almost have to chew on it. Fruits and vanilla dominate the flavor and it finishes sweet with a slight ginger snap taste. Still pretty good whiskey though, wish they had a cask strength version.

Love this stuff. Forget the glass and the class and drink it straight out the bottle, pears slight cinnamon and spices

Drink it neat, water completely kills it's flavor. Honey vanilla and dried fruits. Pretty good for the price, had a lingering finish the first time I tried it which still had me hooked on it
