Tastes

A very interesting bourbon. Four roses used 5 different yeasts to create different flavors and to me it really pays off. Neat the flavors hide behind each other but can be picked out during the finish. A little water or ice can open it up and the complexity really shows. Oak, vanilla, Carmel, and chocolate to start then dark honey and cherry. The barrel proof is also very delicious.

Found on the bottom shelf squeezed into the back and covered with dust behind some gallon bottles of Kessler. The store didn't even know they had it and sold it to me at regular OGD price. Best 9 bucks I ever spent

I prefer this to the 10 year. Mellow and flavorful.

Caramelized corn and spices. Wonderful vanilla that laces the flavors together.
