None-Store Pick: Great overall flavor, however, it obviously feels water down with the proof but the flavor shines through none the less; cherry, soft wheat, spices.

Perfect Bourbon. Nothing more to say.

I don’t get the overwhelming cracker/smores deal that people say they get with this but it’s elevated the base profile of ECSB substantially; leather, sweet, dark chocolate.

Incredible bourbon that will impress anyone, similar to Weller 107 but obviously has more oil that lengthens the flavor in the back stretch; cherry’s, spices, classic wheat flavor profile.

This is everything I want in a bourbon, high proof and a lot of flavor; floral, cherry, sweet.

When people say smooth this is smooth, no Kentucky hug, just a lot of flavor; leather, soft wheat flavor, caramel.
