Nose- freshly varnished wood with an astringent feel Body- thick and oily with a touch of salt and butter, reminds me of toffee Finish- most interesting part of this pour, there is a sweet grassiness that reminds me of chewing on straw as a boy, I really like that Note- this is definitely more rich than regular makers and I think the salty oily body comes from the roasted staves, very interesting birthday president from Brother Craig.

Balvenie Doublewood 12 Year
