Nose- Sweet creamy corn notes and vanilla. Body- the sweet/ buttery corn notes continue demonstrating some younger age. Finish- Pretty short and simple. The bitter gives way to some cinnamon spice. Notes- The High rye helps to verify the flavors but this does still have a corn flatness to it. Easy way o drink but unremarkable.40.0 USD per Bottle

Nose- Cinnamon and brown sugar like sweet tea. Body- The sweet tea continues here but now with a richness of pit fruits and berries. Raspberries and cherry come through here with just a slight zest of lemon and a constant tongue tingle of cinnamon. This has a lot going on but it all balances perfectly. Finish- Tea tannins coat your tongue here with a hint of mint. Note- This is one of my top three go to bourbons. I am always happy to drink it and it is also excellent in my favorite cocktail (the Old Fashioned). I can find it when I want it, versus the bullshit I have to deal with when looking for products from my other favorite distillery. Thank you Four Roses, for providing a quality product without jerking me around for a price that I can afford.
