Soft demerara sugar, delicate rye, soft florals, natural caramel, soft salt and cedar wood, vanilla. Malty. Not to be rushed, slow building flavor

Mellow sweet spirit on the nose. No prolonged finish. Honey, rye, vanilla, mellow sweet nature. Ginger to honey. Water sweetens it. Currently my go to bottle as it doesn't break the bank and should be priced higher in my opinion.
