Palate: Fruit cake, Christmassy, orange, buckets of dried fruit, sweet, dried fig, liquorice sweets. Finish: Medium long finish. Single Malt — Highland, Scotland
Reviewed July 23, 2022 (edited July 31, 2022)(Good Spirits Co. Glasgow – Virtual Whisky Tasting, 22 July 2022). Nose: Alcohol, floral, furniture polish, summer fruit Palate: 'Hot', cracked pepper corn, chilli, green apple, lemon, vanilla, light and clean, tropical fruit Finish: Medium long finish. Oak, dark chocolate, souring fruit, sweet oak char, lemon Pledge Quite a hot, young tasting dram. There's a load of sour fruits, black pepper and spices. Sour on the aftertaste. Young and a little harsh. There's some promise in the taste and it might become a decent dram if left to mature a little longer. Not yet ready to my palate.
