Soft sweetness on the nose. Once you take a sip the first thing you’ll notice is the velvety mouthfeel of the whiskey as it coats your tongue. This is whiskey has a delicate flavor reminiscent of candied apples and stone fruit with a finish of oak and tobacco. The finish is medium to long, which makes you want to go back for another sip again and again.

Cherry and cocoa nib on the palate. Baking spices finish. Medium to long finish.

Nose gives you a pretty decent look into what you can expect on the palate. It's a fruity one for sure. I get cherries, black currants, raisins, and dried dates. Finish is of medium length.

Nose of Palate is of caramel apple and the on the finish the sherry cask really comes through.

Fairly sweet on the nose, with notes of cherry and dark chocolate. The palate is of butterscotch, creme brûlée and milk chocolate that eases into a crisp apple finish. The finish is short and the crisp apple flavor gives way to a smoothness that reminds me of pie crust.

Light nose of apple. Mild spice on the palate with a clean smooth finish.

Very vanilla forward with banana and honey.
