Sweetest whiskey I’ve ever tried, no bite at all, just plain smooth. Heavy on the apples. You could go through a bottle of this dangerously fast

I get a lot of banana nut bread from this. Towards the end the banana turns into cinnamon with a little bit of oaky heat. Surprised by how sweet it was, very delicious and drinks well below the proof.

Honey and fruitiness leading the charge right off the bat, sweet. Towards the finish I get some smokiness and an oak that REALLY likes to stick around. The most interesting Irish whiskey I have tried so far
