Delicious and unique. Lighter tasting, but not watered down or boring. Caramel, wood, flowers, apple, pepper. Finishes sweet, but dry. Similar profile to Four Roses Small Batch, but a little drier and maybe a little less rye notes

If I could only have 1 bourbon... Complex, smooth. Wood, smoke, cherry, spice, floral, chocolate, medium dark sugars. Vanilla and sacharrine are more secondary than most. Great semi dry finish and a perfect proof.
