Whoa! I am in heaven.

Whoa! I literally can not get enough of this bourbon. I tried it two ways - neat which on the nose smelled of sweet acetone (not as pleasant as it sounds), oak, spice; on the palate it tasted very hot, with spice, vanilla, and oak. BUT THEN - I put a small ice cube in the glass and EUREKA! With a bit of water to cool it down it smelled of brown sugar, vanilla, lightly of oak, and burnt caramel and tasted just the same. The hot acetone smell and taste were gone and replaced with a well balanced bourbon that I just can't stop pouring. By far a top bourbon on my list of all time especially if you like the taste of sweet vanilla oak.
