Damn good blended whiskey. 3 finger pour. Smooth in the mouth and light on the tongue. Dry sweet with a citrus pine smoke. A hint of butter molasses and bright floral. Delightful.

I’m sitting and smelling my grandpas leather smoking chair. The wind is blowing in a mix of herbs sitting on the window seal. I’m tasting peppery smoke and plum. Maybe even a faint hint of white tea with orange citrus. What a delightful afternoon.

Peat, smoke, and smoked wood. Spiced goodness. Reeds and grass. Drinking during Christmas. If I put an image to the taste it would be ‘cowboy Chewing on some smoked wheat in the Midwest looking over my farm’
