A classic Bushmills whiskey, that carries a beautiful sherry finish. Nose: Full bodied sherry, butter and biscuits. Palate: The sweetest from the sherry is balanced by that mellow Bushmills flavor profile. Finish: Short and floral.

A funky and intensly pruned dram. Nose: Intense dried dark fruits, think prunes and a bit of briny funk. Palate: The prunes dominate the glass for me, if you've ever had prune juice then you're close to this dram. Finish: A nice medium finish, the sweetness softly fades and a minor peat, iodine note is left in the palate.

A well-balanced, bourye that's evolving flavors make you want another sip. Nose: Sweet and spicy. Palate: Caramel backed by rye spice with just enough oak tanning to make you smack your lips. Finish: Short and spicy.

A well done low priced bourbon, with cherry and spice. Nose: Heavy dark red cherry and matched with oak. Palate: Cherry carries through the palate, while oak gives way to subtle rye spice in the background. Finish: Short and sweet. A well made bourbon for it's proof and price.

A floral forward, light but delicious American Whiskey. Nose: Sweet dried fruit backed by floral notes. Palate: Smooth, floral sweetness and light. Not very challenging, the bourbon-soaked barrels really round out the flavors and there is almost no barrel spice. Finish: Short finish, oak peeks through just a bit matched with that nice floral sweetness.
