A beautiful bourbon. One of the best. Nose: Oh my, I let this one open up and I get deep caramels, a minor citrus note, and delightful oak. It's a really pleasant nose. Palate: Dark cherry and vanilla sweetness caressed in oak. A minor tabacco note, incredibly satisfying. Finish: Medium finish. Menthol, oak and a subtle sweetness.

Dessert in a bottle. Nose: Subtle but sweet. Vanilla and caramel are present. It’s delicate but delightful. Palate: Creamy mouth feel, and pleasant sweetness. It’s tastes like what a vanilla bean smells like. Goes down too easy, it’s practically dessert in a bottle. Finish: Medium finish that leaves your palate tingling with sweetness.

A floral and creamy pour. Nose: Very floral with notes of as someone previous has mentioned, wet leaves. A minor oak presence is in the back. Palate: Sherry sweetness of dried fruits, apricots come to mind. No burn such a smooth dram, and definitely a creamy mouth feel. Finish: Medium finish, a bit of menthol and floral sweetness.

Pecans, vanilla and a Texas funk. Nose: Pecans and vanilla sweetness, something about this dram just screams Texas. A background oak note, almost like dust or a tornado. Palate: Vanilla sweetness shines through this dram, That pecan nuttiness dances around the vanilla and it's all encased in that warm oak spice. Finish: Medium finish. The oak spice and vanilla sweetness leaves you wanting more.

Perfection. Nose: Wow. Briny with deep barrel sweetnes, and dark red dried fruits. There's subtle peat too, just enough for you to know it's there. Palate: The brine flows through the palate as if you we're tasting the ocean water from Islay. Subtle dark cherries are present in the background. Finish: The finish is long and pleasantly sweet, and leaves the tounge savory with a tingling sensation.

A delicious and complex, evolving dram. Nose: Star anise on the front of the nose, and a background of vanilla sweetness. Palate: Pineapple and coconut, like a Piña colada. Bananas, with subtle rye spice. Finish: Medium finish that leaves you with a menthol note.

A dessert of a whiskey and a absolute pleasure. Nose: Chocolate and oak, extremely fragrant and delicious. Palate: Baking spices and sweet chocolate. Finish: Long and drawn out sweetness.

A punch of black liquorice and honey. Nose: A big punch of black liquorice and star anise. A hint of honey sweetness in the background. Palate: The honey sweetness shines through this dram. The palate doesn't completely match the nose, the spice definitely takes a back route in the palate. Finish: Medium and spicy, like you just ate a black liquorice.

A cacophony of dried fruits, balanced with oak spice. Nose: A handful of dark dried fruits and subtle oak. Palate: A melody of dried fruits, and hints of oaks. Finish: Short and spicy.

A rum finished and banana influenced classic Irish whiskey. Nose: Strong ethanol, but behind it, sweet bananas and dried fruits. Palate: The banana's sweetness comes through nicely, combined with that classic Ireland biscuits and bread profile. Finish: Short and spicy. Banana and black peppery.
