Nose: caramel Palate: fruity and oaky and rich Finish: medium

Nose: little ethanol little caramel light fruit Palate: light tobacco with more ethanol. Drinks well for its proof and has a bit of a funk. Not bad Finish: short

Nose: fruity and woody vanilla caramel Palate: fruity and spicy but very smooth. Very unique to their original stuff and much better imo. Finish: buff trace distillery fruity finish. Very very good

First taste: tobacco and cherry and a lot more oak than 2018s. Very subtle and a strong finish. *free pour at a gig*

Nose: smooth nose caramel with a soft spice Palate: flavor bomb!! Wow huge caramel notes along with some oak. Kentucky hug but so smooth going down. Beam funk is there Finish: subtle oak and rich caramel sticking to the tongue

Nose: green apples. More apples second whiff. Maybe a bit of wood coming through underneath Palate: pears come through like yamazaki 12 year but the smokiness settles in nicely as a two-punch combo. Finish: oak with a bit of sweetness. Super super smooth.

Nose: dark chocolate and cherries. Sweet honey and juicy fruit. Palate: cinnamon bomb right from the get go. Cherries come through too. There’s this Woody sweetness that I can’t put my finger on though. So unique and so good. Finish: cinnamon lingers on forever.

Nose: berries, berries, oh and more berries. Not as distinct as pappy but very good. Maybe a bit of vanilla cake in there Palate: holy cow. A thick berry bomb rushes over immediately. I was very shocked. It’s then swallowed by the vanilla that was on the nose. Two distinct flavors make this bourbon extremely unique and so very good. Finish: the vanilla sits on the palate all the way through the end. I love this.

Nose: light caramel and marshmallow. Sweeeet smells Palate: super sweet and spicy at the same time. Reminds me of the toasted bourbon but it has some spice of course. Syrupy, sweetness. Creamy like ice cream. Finish: heavy caramel finish that’s medium/long
