A little spicy and a little sweet. Incredibly smooth for 100 proof. Very short finish but overall I like it. Reminds a lot of Johnny drum

A little peat and pear initially. And then bitterness swells through. Very very short finish. Really thin palate and I can’t get past the bitterness

Honestly not bad. It’s a normal sweeter style bourbon with a little almost scotch-like middle palate taste. But a chill bourbon

Holy campfire. I’ve never had a pleated whisky and this is not for me. I’m still tasting the smoke like 5 minutes after

Nose: heavy heavy cherries. Very smooth. Buttercream. Palate: very spicy but smooth. Cherries on the secondary and a good amount of oak to finish it out. Finish: oaky and sweet. Very very long finish and so smooth all the way through.

Nose: cherry and spices. Can tell it’s a rye Palate: cherry right on the start. Very rich/bitter middle. It’s not like normal port finishes, not as dry. The rye is subtle Finish: the wine comes through finally and rye sits on your tongue with a little bit of sweetness

Nose: soft and sweet. Similar to the old fitz 13 and the pappy 15. Lots of berries with no burn probably due to the lower proof Palate: like a less full/rich old fitz 13 year. Very nice and subtle and sweet with berries. A bit of burn on the back end though. Finish: vanilla extract with some berries lingering. Pretty long finish for the lightness of the bourbon.

Nose: soft and sweet. Vanilla. Heavy corn smell too. Palate: good classy bourbon. Heavy vanilla kind of like russels 10 year. Got some spice on the tail end too. Pretty good above average bourbon. But nothing to have multiples of. Finish: caramel/vanilla. Medium

Nose: fruity caramel, vanilla Palate: cross between blanton’s and 107. Got some spice on the end though which was unexpected. Finish: short thin finish

Nose: cherry up front and oak Palate: hot cherries and cinnamon with light caramel Finish: long cherries. Very well done
