Smell - apples, cherries similar to Evan Williams SiB, cinnamon Taste - tastes like bookers. Good flavor, very hot, cherries. A little tobacco. Great flavor. Cinnamon comes through as well with some peppermint.

I think I like the 100 proof one better. It’s got the same amount of bite as the 100 proof but a little less flavor. Still, a solid bourbon and full of sweet flavors. Can’t wait to try the 86, 90, and 94 proofs of this.

Not sure what the rye percentage on this is but it tastes like it’s pretty high. Still a stellar bourbon and honestly muchhhh better than bourbon country. Burn at the end but incredible flavor. $50

Classic bourbon taste with some heat. Small hint of caramel, vanilla, and nuts. All three just swimming around in unison. Not overwhelming flavor at all. The heat lasts the longest. Overall, pretty good but nothing super special. $60. Probably wouldn’t do the SiB 12 year cask strength for $100 based on this

The smell of berries and the taste of berries too. Love it! Perfect amount of sweetness with a normal amount of burn. 5/5 and definitely a favorite.

Cherries and oak. Rich full flavor. Love it 2/19/20: finally bought a bottle. Let’s see how it is. This one is 128.5 proof. Nose: Very rich and full of caramel and cherries. Palate: cherries and vanilla with a bit of bite. Finish: vanilla and spice linger forever. Still such a great pour.

First off, I love woodford. I love their rye, their regular bourbon, and their double oaked is amazing. I grabbed the 2018 batch proof last year but didn’t want to open it yet. Found the 2019 recently and for the derby decided to pop it. And just wow... I love barrel proofs and this one is no different. A bomb of cherries right in your mouth. Now the proof shines through and so it’s super hot. But it’s just so good. 5/5 for me. I paid $130 and that’s the most that I’d pay for this (and most bourbons) but I love it

Super hot from the beginning through to the end. Very rich in flavor but goes away quickly. If it had less heat and lasted longer it’d be great!

Solid sour mash bourbon. It’s sweet and has quite a bit of bite from the rye. Good for $30

I’m shocked. It’s so sweet. It does have some bite and not incredibly smooth but I love it! The flavor is great. Kind of like a less rich/full bookers. Similar to the Evan Williams SiB too.
