Jim Beam Signature Craft 12 Year Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 7, 2019 (edited June 10, 2020)Nose: vanilla and berries. Honey too Palate: fruity and vanilla. Way more vanilla though. And no burn, but it’s 86 proof so go figure. Finish: vanilla extract Love it though! For $38 I’d buy again. Also, to end, it’s like a more fruity buffalo trace38.0 USD per Bottle -
Kentucky Owl Confiscated Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed August 1, 2019 (edited August 26, 2019)Nose: strawberries and caramel Palate: burst of strawberries with an oak vanilla twist. Good bite to it maybe a bit much for the proof? Kind of a lot of hate from this bottle but I like it! Finish: more strawberries! Similar to Evan Williams SiB120.0 USD per Bottle -
Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 28, 2019 (edited August 11, 2019)Nose: oak, oak, and more oak. Maybe a little vanilla Palate: that smooth woodford goodness but with a side of an oak bomb Finish: tobacco like ECBP but not as much of a punch. Very very good bourbon55.0 USD per Bottle -
Nose: strawberry cheesecake Palate: haven’t had the new label version but this old label version is great! Typical bourbon flavors of vanilla & oak. A little bit watered down but I like this better than the barrel proof 12 year honestly. But the 18 year is better than this, obviously. Finish: medium/short, vanilla/oak. Nothing spectacular, just a solid $30 bourbon30.0 USD per Bottle

Woodford Reserve Master's Collection 1838 Style White Corn Bourbon
Bourbon — Kentucky, USA
Reviewed July 11, 2019Smell: a little spicy for woodford Palate: a little sweeter and smoother than normal woodford but not by much. Barley finish. Absolutely no burn. I like it a pretty good amount. Is it worth $100? You know this is the first bourbon that I’m not sure yet.100.0 USD per Bottle
