Tastes

So many cherries, some vanilla, and hardly any burn. Reminds me a lot of EH Taylor SiB. Very rich too. Not much of a finish though.

Berries and burn. Brown sugar coming through too. Super long finish. Very very good bourbon.

Omg. I got lucky at a gig and the owner let me try a glass. It’s the smoothest bookers I’ve ever had. No bite at all. It tastes like the “Noe Secret” bottle but more vanilla, less fruit, and less bite. But wow is this good. I wish I could get my hands on this.

Smells like fruity goodness. It tastes like the small batch but somebody put some dark kinda berries in it. And it might be a bit smoother than the small batch too. Wow I love this

Funky smell for sure. Tennessee whiskey sweetness coming through. Not much else. No oak for 13 years. Pretty smooth though. Funky finish 3 months of air time: you can tell that sweetness wants to shine but there’s like a earthy, dirt taste that overcomes it. Honestly, it might be oak comin through

A little fruity and a little Smokey but nothing long lasting

I’ve had special reserve and now I’ve had this. And wow there’s a difference. The fruit in this one shines on through. Dig this so much. Definitely a little bite to it as well

Love the lower proof in this. Super sweet still and subtle. Love!

So this one is really great. Definitely a top bourbon with a nice long finish and it’s very smooth. Light hint of cherries with some vanilla/oak mix. This year’s pappy blew this out of the water for me though. Stagg is good but I think jr may hang right with this.

Typical Weller fruitiness with a little spice to it. So like buffalo trace but a bit sweeter
