"Love the full but balanced array of flavors here, the persistence through the finish, and the higher level of complexity - nice stuff. The peat is there as a backbone, and gives a touch of bitterness on the finish in the best way. Peach, clove, orange blossom, honeysuckle, slightly oily consistency, and also a peppery note on the finish."
