As much as I wanted to really really like this. I live down the street and wanted to love a local distiller... This is undrinkable for me. Literally had two glasses that I choked down and poured out the rest of the bottle. this is sooo over Oaked its dominant note for me is white printer paper...Paper.....Literally tastes like paper. No sweetness, no complexity. just Paper....I hope I got a bad batch or something... I also hope your experience is better.

It’s good just not super interesting. Sweet and fruity and very friendly. Just might not rock your world

This tastes like the blue moon of whiskeys. It’s a tad on the thinner side but a super deep orange note is very pleasant. Not too bad for a budget ($22 where I am) Texas craft bourbon.

Wow! just Wow! really rich classic bourbon. Everything you want from a bourbon but nothing you don't. if theres such a thing as a perfect way to do barrel proof whiskey this is it!
