Tastes

Rich berry, vanilla, and mellow spices throughout. The rye spice is pleasant, not overwhelming. Like some others reviews, there is a slight mint and notes of cinnamon. The rye and sweet flavors peak quickly, level out, and linger for a while. Overall an enjoyable sipper.

Sweet fruit, pastry/bread notes, slight spice from beginning to end, and lingering oil on the palate with a slight bitterness.

Dry fruit up front. Lingering winter spices, vanilla notes. Reminds me of some Colorado whiskeys with similar mash bills.
