Nc’nean Organic Single Malt is the flagship whisky from Nc’nean Distillery, an independent distillery on Scotland’s west coast. It is made from 100% organic Scottish barley and produced in small batches, each coded for transparency. Maturation is primarily in a mix of ex-American whiskey casks and STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) red wine casks, with a small portion of sherry casks in more recent releases. It is bottled without chill-filtration at 46% ABV.
Nc’nean is a certified B Corp distillery powered by 100% renewable energy, with packaging made using recycled glass to reduce its environmental impact. Available in the U.S. as of 2023.

Tasting Notes
"The aroma offers a mild fruity aroma as well as toasted cereal grains with a bit of floral honey. Those flavors crossover to the palate with just a bit of a spicy bite at the end. The oak flavor is gentle and provides a bit of dimension to an otherwise simple dram. Overall, it's a light, easy-drinking whisky with a pleasant fruity finish. "
