Great nose. Smooth at first taste, with bitter tanin after taste. Heavy taste of rye. Flavor really kicks in after two of three moutfulls.

Nose: dark chocolate, berries. Taste: sweet rich flavor. Hint of chocolate in the taste. Oily in the mouth. Smooth going down. Very little aftertaste. Trace of spice on the tongue.

On the nose it has a floral and citrus smell. I don’t detect smoke on the nose. In the mouth the first reaction is to the peppery and spicy taste. There is a peated presence and a touch of smoke to the taste. It finishes very dry and smooth.

Peppery. There is a peaty aroma. There is a bite on the tongue at first but it is smooth as it finishes in the mouth. A woody taste is present. The is also a saltiness present.
