Tastes

Nose: Dill pickle, cinnamon Altoids, licorice, cola, juicy ginger, touch of black pepper, and a berry component. Taste: Light spices, has a juicy somewhat velvety mouth feel. Hint on oak, licorice, cherry with the slightest note of Dill that lingers for a while.

Nose: Black Pepper, Seaside, smoked salmon, peat, touch of banana, and chalky bubblegum Taste: Peat, brine, zesty citrus (lemon), pepper, and a touch of vanilla cream. Not a super long finish but an extremely easy drinking dram.

Great budget scotch. Brush fire, smells like fall, roasted apples, holiday spice, cinnamon, honey, lot of great things happening in the glass.

Nose: Lime/ citrus,ginger, vanilla, pear. Really pretty on the nose. Taste: Follows up with the nose. The Sherry comes out more as you add water.

Nice bright and fruit nose with some nuttiness as well. The Oak comes through, along with a mid toasty Sweetness. The taste follows the nose. Easy drinking with the right amount of pleasurable burn. Really enjoyable sipper.

Werther's Original on the nose, with a slight bit of caramel apple. With water a coffee note surfaces Some spice on the taste, oak spice, leather. Not a lot going on.

Nose : Anise, candy cane, leather, rye heavy, black pepper, oak. Taste:. More oak on the taste along with the rye spice, cherry. Very solid dram that's not just a plane Jane Bourbon.

Peat, pine/ evergreen spice, wee bit of honey and apple.
