Floral and sweet upfront with an alcohol burn with a smoothness at the end but continuation of the burn. Not getting much of the sherry addition (maybe 1/3 of a year isn't long enough). But just missing some sustenance to it and leaves your mouth wanting something more

Big smokiness, peat, spicy, plus a subtle sweetness. A bunch of oak at the end leaving your mouth dry looking for another taste. A bit of alcohol heat as well in the middle but lacking some sustenance

Sweet upfront with sherry and slight vanilla notes, an oaky after taste with some slight alcohol heat and spice in the middle. Decent whiskey but just feels like its missing something

A bit of alcohol heat that is mellowed out by a citrus fruitiness, slight smoke, and a woody after taste. Very smooth and well balanced. A good mouth feel with this whiskey as well

A big sweet floral notes upfront with a slight bit of honey, a mild heat with some vanilla at the end. Smooth and drinkable with a creamy body

A big vanilla flavor upfront with a good bit of spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove) in the middle with a bit of heat at the end but with a bit of tart cherry. Definitely taste the rye flavors throughout but unique with the Caribbean casks

A bit more of an alcohol heat, but a raisony and caramel flavor. It has a subtle sweetness and a floral aftertaste.

Starts with a smooth light sweet maple flavor, with a slight heat in the middle, but a vanilla, caramel, and floral finish. Delectable and easy drinking.
