Nose: Toasted almonds, honey Palate: Spicy up front fading into rich caramel and oak Finish: Honey through the end with a maltiness reminding me of a Bit O’ Honey Candy *Really good offering from GB. The nose captivated me from the get go but recommend letting this one sit in the glass for a bit before sipping. It really helped open everything up.

Nose: Toffee, juniper berries, butterscotch Palate: Fruit forward with raspberries, caramel, and more toffee and butterscotch Finish: Caramel and chocolate, medium finish Amazing whiskey that is only shy from perfect as i thought it was missing a viscosity or oiliness that would have made it a homerun. Cant think of a better American single malt for the price and proof

Prefer the 12 year cask strength more but this is still a nice sip with lighter more floral/citrus notes.
