Noses strongly, even offensively, of vanilla. Tastes of vanilla. Obvious spices but overall an awful experience to sip neat.

Light, hints of a sweet caramel, smooth, light and easy in the throat, very noticeable malt and barley. Not as light as an aberfeldy.

Easy nose, though slightly sharper in the mouth than expected. A subtle peat probably contributes to that. Medium finish with the usual malt, barley, and oak notes. Would probably prefer a glenfiddich 12
