Smells of sweet baked goods with a vanilla frosting. Coats the tongue nicely and evenly. Tastes sweet, just like it smells and it goes down with very little burn. The taste lingers for a good while! This is a great high proof sipper. I have had batch 13 and batch 14 to compare and this one is sweeter and smoother. I would say well worth the $50.

Smells syrupy and fruity. In the mouth it is very light and bright. Slightly warms the back of the mouth and throat. A sweet wheat flavor linger well after.

Smells like medicine and a nut of some type. In the mouth it is slick and oily. Hits the tongue in the back. Taste of a sweet nut. Finish is great, lingers for a nice long while.

It is spicy, like pepper spicy!

Smells of rich carmel sweet. Smooth in the mouth and down the throat. A little tingle in the middle of the tongue. Tastes like it smells; sweet rich carmel. Long lingering after taste of sweetness with a little wheat.

Sweet smell. Dried out my tongue like a dry red wine. After going down it puckers the mouth a bit. Nice after taste.
