Nose - orange spice from a muffin / woody / remnants of floral fragrance from an empty perfume bottle Taste - fleshy fruit / ending in mint Finish- tart orange hard candy

Nose - Floral / honey Taste - bitter / buttery /mineral very easy drinking rye Finish - buttered doughy / ends like a blast of cherry pepper from a pickled relish tray.

Nose - Vanilla / wet hay / honey/ orange/ baking spice Taste - cinnamon / Oak Finish - vanilla pretty quick Lots going on in the bourbon. I keep thinking a taste more but cant put my finger on it.

Nose - cherries dark fruit / plums / wet tannins, wet leaves / maybe some thick maple syrup Pallet - plums / cherries / can taste the rum/ like the brittle part of peanut brittle without the nuts / toffee? Finish - kinda cool turns oaky and back to the tannins on the nose. Leathery not oily Interesting but Better stuff out there IMO.

Nose - lemon citrus/ honey / almonds Taste - citrus more grapefruity / green Apple on front Finish - clean / floured crust bread like the bottom of a corner piece banana bread
