Reviewed December 15, 2020 (edited December 20, 2021)I didn’t expect a scotch so light to have such a complex flavor. There’s tons of apple with hints of butterscotch, vanilla, dried plum, white pepper, and a bit of smoke. The finish is quick and dry which leaves you wanting another sip.
