Bought this after eyeing it for a month or so. I went to buy some 101, and walked out with this one. My first impression was that it has almost no nose. On the tongue a unique bite on the front. Lingers in the middle, low heat, light wood and some cherry. The finish is short and unmemorable. I don't think I'd buy this again. I wouldn't turn one down if offered, but there are better options.

I like this. Big bold flavors and some heat. I get the oak, cinnamon and toffee. The back end brings the heat on the throat. A bit astringent on the front. This may not be dialed in all the way, but I like that for $30, it seems to try to hit out of its weight class. I imagine that people will like or hate this.

It's good. Maybe a one trick pony. Cinnamon red hots. No barrel. I like it, but not enough here to justify the cost.

Nothing wrong here, just a bit weak would like to have this closer to 100 proof. That'd be nice

A very good drinker. But probably $10 too much per bottle. Seems to be sweet wood to me. I get candy, fruit and wood. More wood than most bottles in price range, but not enough other stuff too justify price over similar bottles. Love the packaging though. Probably my favorite, the tube, tall bottle, and labels make it look so much cooler than a regular bottle.

if they had this in Ohio I'm not sure how often I'd buy it. but since i only see it out of state i tend to always grab one when i can. i know it's not perfect, but i do enjoy most of this. very short finish, strong nose, hot butterscotch palate. at the same price point I'd grab eagle rare, but i do like this for change of pace.
