Amazing $50/ double fifth Nose: not much ice needed. Cleanse palate with neat sip then add 1-2 cubes pending quantity. Chocolate apricot or blackberry primarily. Palate: smooth, slight to moderate finish. Complex and hard to pin on one flavor profile. Definitely some tobacco and oak with vanilla

Awful sweet like baileys with sugar added on top. Yuck!

Nose: excellent chocolate caramel. Palate: extra ice or water due to proof. High in spice content. Not quite as good as the nose but complex, rich and sweet with a long finish

Nose: caramel chocolate toasted cereal Palate: good sweet, not complex, vanilla, toasted cherrios $13 per oz pour

Nose: incredible, rosey, butterscotch, not Smokey or Peaty, but classic scotch mood. Palate: without ice or water (smooth, long finish) With water or ice melted down (very smooth, complex and hard to pin down to one or two profiles. Gentle with a nice balance of sweet, pine or herbal, and thorough salty scotch mood)

Nose: good nose. chocolate nutty and sweet tobacco. Good complexity / variety Palate: lengthy finish, good complexity, spicy throughout. A little oaky / nutty char. Not a lot of sweet characters though unfortunately.

Nose: excellent, apple caramel tart. End of bottle neat nose was like how 25 year Rhetoric Orphan barrel tasted! Palate: smooth, spicy middle. Nutty throughout. Very slightly oaky finish. The end of the bottle was too much butterscotch tho. Neat. Best with chocolate related sweets. Eaten with a Chex mix chocolate peanut brittle or popcorn.

Nose: Great nose, complex, sweet, caramel, leather, burnt honey? Needs some ice to melt down first. Similar to Blanton’s nose. Palate: burnt, almost charred brown sugar toast. Very Long spicy finish, not near as good as the nose though.

Nose: fruity, green apple nose Palate: short finish, not much caramel or vanilla. More fruit centric.
