High Proof makes sure it punches hard, from the get-go! Solid notes of roasted marshmallows, caramel, and maple on the back end. A whisky to sip, with a small ice cube to lighten the load on the high proof.

This is a fun one…. The heirloom red corn makes this a unique and stylish sipper. Cool bottle and story. The cream notes jump out after the 4th sip.

The orange notes really jump out on my this one. Sweetness as well, especially on the front notes. Nice nose and a giod starter bourbon on the night’s journey if borbon tasting.

Easily the best gin I have ever had. The 31 isly foraged botanicals tames the juniowr in a delightful way. Would makw a wonderful gin martini, with veey lottle vermouth. This gin is the closest i have aeen to a frozen and straight seinkable gin. Wonderful.
