Reviewed October 27, 2015 (edited November 4, 2015)Sweet, liquid honey. Very easy and pleasant, unchallenging, in a good way. I offered it after dinner recently, and even those that don't like whiskey got their nose right into the glass and then took a sip, quite happily. Subtle smoke. Pale, not overpowering honey sweetness. Quality while remaining accessible. You won't waste your money on this dram. -
Smooth. Sweet. Love that Pot Still taste. Single Pot Still was once the most appreciated whiskey in the world. Glad to see this unique style, this whiskey treasure has not been washed away in the dominant hype around Scotch. Go out and buy some Irish Singke Pot Stills ... The way old fashioned whiskey used to taste.
