    A soft amber color, with a sweet aroma of vanilla and a little bit of ethanol. Soft mouth feel, that hits the front of the tongue and then the sides with a slow slight sweet honey flavor wash of taste over the middle of the tongue, the flavors slide down the throat with just a hint of heat. I really like the flavors of this whiskey it is very pleasant.

    Light chocolate color, soft aroma, 70 proof made with Buffalo Trace bourbon and cream. Very smooth taste very sweet with no spice or burn and a very soft finish. The uses of this bourbon are practically unlimited, for cooking in coffee, and on and on.

    Very golden light I am not sure if it is the power of suggestion, but this bourbon reminders me of the color of clover honey or even a soft Tupelo honey. The aroma is very faint but pleasing. The taste is Wow, this is 70 proof made with bourbon, clover honey and cane sugar, so probably should be classified as a liqueur. As a liqueur this is really a dessert pour. Very light finish hardly any spice, mostly just sweetness.

    Color is medium amber, aroma has some caramel, some spice, maybe a hint of nuts, not peanut but a softer and fainter aroma. Taste is a balance between spice and some sweetness, there is a hint of dryness. The spice is not overpowering like it can be in other eyes. The finish tending to fade away pretty quickly. A very surprising pour for me because I do not consider myself a rye person.

    Medium amber color, aroma vanilla light caramel, taste is dry with a medium finish with very little spice on the tongue, nice complexity with a finish that lingers on the tongue.

    I revisited this bottle after opening (about 4 to 6 weeks after opening). I like this a lot more after it set for awhile. Very nice notes that are strong but a level of subtlety with some complexity. I am really enjoying this drink now.

    Color rich amber, aroma sweet vanilla, caramelized sugar, taste sweet some spiciness, very little heat overall a great finish. My neighbor shared a pour of his Weller 12 with me. He understands and gets the concept of bourbon and very good bourbon in that it is meant to be shared with others.
