Tastes

Spicy nose. Immediate hints of orange and vanilla. Oily unique finish. I go back and forth on whether I like this or not but likely a one-time buy.

This is young bourbon that shows a lot of potential for what's to come down the road. Most wouldn't put out a bourbon aged for (2) years but the unique distillation method makes this more complex then it should be. Very smooth with notes of vanilla and cinnamon right from the start. Finish is softer but to be expected for the age. Looking forward to what's down the road for this distillery.

The story is cute but the two trips around the globe did very little for this bourbon. Very little depth and flavors of note. It's a pricey story when you're entertaining guests.

Smooth vanilla opening gives way to a spicy long finish that will fool you with its heat. This is a big boy in disguise at 100 proof. My only regret is not buying a case before it was sold out. Phenomenal bourbon.
